In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are introducing Zurich Tele-Interview, a convenient service to protect the health and safety of our customers.
Through this service, a specially trained medical practitioner will complete the Tele-Interview Form required for your life insurance application on your behalf, over a simple telephone call. This allows you to choose the time and place most convenient for you, and enables you to complete your insurance application in the comfort of your home, workplace or where you have your phone.
The Zurich Tele-Interview service is available for 1 month starting from Sunday, 5th of April 2020. It will be reviewed every two weeks until further government advice on easing mandatory social distancing. It is available for our UAE customers residing in Dubai and Sharjah.
Due to the potential health risk and in line with government directives, we have limited availability for our nurse screening service.
