Why diversity is good for business

Our CEO Mufazzal Kajiji recently had the pleasure of being interviewed by Authority Magazine, discussing the importance of diversity in the workplace. In the interview, he highlighted that diversity goes beyond gender and ethnicity, and includes diversity in experiences, backgrounds and ideas.
