Once done, email us a copy of the instruction including your account information. We’ll update the payment information and allocate your premiums when we receive them. If you need to make any changes to your standing order in the future, you can manage this directly with your bank.

Premiums are collected automatically as per your instruction, so you’re assured of never missing a payment

Country flags_UAE UAE: Here are a few tips:

  • Set-up the direct debit from your UAE bank account or credit card quick and easy using your online banking.
  • Alternatively, you can do this through your Zurich online account.

Country flags_UK UK: Here are a few tips - for GBP sterling policy only:

  • Set up direct debit from a UK bank account using your online banking.
  • Alternatively, complete the UK Direct debit mandate available in this form and send us the original. We’ll set-up the UK Direct debit directly with your bank.

Set-up time: up to seven working days once we send the form to your bank,

 
  • Our automated card collections are available on all Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards
  • Start paying with your credit or debit card with just a few clicks - log in to your Zurich Online and then go to Manage your policy to add or edit your card details. For any help, please get in touch with us.

The premium will be collected at your preferred date, or the next available card collection date. 

 

We encourage you to set-up automated digital payments such as bank transfer or card payment.

You can pay through post-dated cheques (up to 12) in your local currency or foreign currency equivalent from your UAE, Bahrain, or Qatar account.

  • Payor: you, the policy owner
  • Cheques are only accepted in UAE Dirham, Bahraini Dinar and Qatari Riyals

USD payments can be made in your local currency using these conversion rates

You, as the policy owner.

However, if you’re unable to do so, you can complete the payment through another payor. Simply complete and send us this form to provide evidence of their identity.
