4. Key third party providers

Adobe Analytics

We use Adobe Analytics to analyze your interactions with our services and websites. Adobe Analytics is a service of Adobe Systems Software Ireland Ltd, based in 4-6 River Walk Citywest Business Campus Dublin 24, D24DCW0 Ireland („Adobe”). The collated information regarding your usage of our website and services is transmitted and stored on an Adobe server in Ireland. We have activated IP-anonymizing on our websites and services. Therefore, your IP address is truncated by Adobe.
You can prevent the acquisition and storage of cookies and the transmission of your usage data collated by our website and services to Adobe through your browser settings by deactivating cookies for our website.

Adobe Target

We use Adobe Target for A/B testing, and rules-based targeting activities. Adobe Target helps us to analyze user behaviour on our websites by showing slightly varied website contents to different groups of users, depending on our rules-settings. Adobe Target allows us to analyze our online services, and helps us to improve our offerings, and thus create an interesting user experience.

Google Analytics 360

We use Google Universal Analytics to analyze your interactions with our services and websites. The cookies' collated information regarding your usage of our website and services is transmitted and stored on a Google server in Ireland. We have activated IP-anonymizing on our websites and services. Therefore, your IP address is truncated by Google. Only in rare exceptions is your IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA.

Webtrends

We use Webtrends services to measure how people use zurich.ae. This may include information such as the link you followed to reach one of our web pages and your IP address.

Oracle

We use Oracle services to analyze user behavior on our website using the web analytics Oracle Infinity. All collected data are analyzed anonymously.

Tealium iQ

We use a tag management system or a so called “Tag Manager”. We use it in conjunction with marketing and analysis to manage all tracking tags implemented on our sites. It allows us to quickly and easily update tracking codes and related code fragments, commonly known as "tags", on our websites and to manage them in a central location. We use Tealium iQ a software as a service provided by Tealium, Inc, whose registered office is at 11085 Torreyana Road San Diego, CA 92121 United States.

A tag management system doesn’t process any personal data.

Dynatrace

We use Dynatrace services to analyze user behavior on our website and for monitoring purposes. All collected data are analyzed anonymously.
