    At Zurich we know that the events that prompt a claim can be extremely stressful, so we aim to deal with your request quickly and efficiently. Our main objective is to ensure that all valid claims are paid promptly and without any added pressure for you.     The Zurich complaints team will acknowledge your complaint within two working days and will conduct a full investigation and respond to you with their findings within five working days. If your complaint is complex and requires more time for a full investigation, we will inform you.
