Our main objective is to ensure that all valid claims are paid promptly and without any added pressure for you. Zurich Insurance Middle East is now a member of Cigna group of companies, and has closed its general insurance business to new retail and small business customers at the end of November 2015. The Zurich complaints team will acknowledge your complaint within two working days and will conduct a full investigation and respond to you with their findings within five working days. If your complaint is complex and requires more time for a full investigation, we will inform you.
